Margot Fox is an accredited mental health coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of leadership, emotional regulation, and human resilience.
Her background spans mental health coaching, mindfulness, neuroscience, and conflict communication. She designs experiences that people feel in their bodies as well as understand intellectually — using humour, storytelling, and embodied frameworks to help people move from overreaction to considered response.
